I'd find out which countries were going to be the best bet to buy property now, and in the future.

My fascination with international real estate continued and I was successfully and constantly predicting the top investment hotspots way before interest was shown from overseas investors.

I thought that I'd better make use of this skill I had, I call it skill but it's not, it's just research and a lot of it. To be good at something it generally helps if you are really interested in it, and that has been the case with me, so doing research is easy.

I am often asked if I provide overseas property consulting services for individuals or companies looking to buy property. I do provide these services but my fees are at the more expensive end of the market to restrict the amount of clients I take on as demand is high.
